Today on January 10th, 2021, I was with my family: wife and two children 5 years at the drive in counter around 5:00 p.m. I ordered a happy meal but unfortunately nobody understood me the first time. I ordered naggets for my daughter and instead of fries I wanted the other potatoes that come with the Souse? The young girl said no on the loudspeaker. The girl who served me was also speechless, I had the fill. Then go to counter 1 to pay. We should then choose the toys at switch 2. Arrived at counter 2, there was only one evil eye from the woman behind the window! Unfortunately I don't know whether she greeted me or not, but she gave me a toy that we didn't want and didn't ask which one my child would like. Then I spoke to you, the lady became a little loud again and said to me, `` WHAT THAN ''. Number 8 I said and got it. Unfortunately, I had been traveling with my family for a long time and didn't want to get out and explain to the employees how to / have to talk to customers. Good cheap and fast service. As befits a fast food company. However, no possibility to redeem two vouchers at the same time. Therefore only 4 instead of 5 stars

It's a shame that it often happens that you don't get all of the items you ordered / paid for in a box. You generally have to check whether everything has been packed up. But it is probably a nationwide problem at McDonald's.

If I wanted to order the coupons at the car counter, unfortunately only one person goes to the car counter, only inside everyone would go and that is impossible in Corona times ..... If someone goes in positive, the shop will be closed ..... Then stop somewhere else to get something if who don't need it.

Hello burger fans. Today I looked for a quick service to satisfy my hunger. I'm actually a Burger King fan. I haven't been to MC Donald in years and today I regretted it again. In view of this MC Donald, the following is to be criticized too deeply. The Fishmac, dry, Kantian taste, old French. Fries scruffy cold, BIC Mac cold, cheeseburger cold. Why do you keep disappointing with this not fresh food. I wait 5 minutes longer to get simple good food. That was the last time again. The kebab greets you cheap fresh and you will be full of.

Is it already closed 20 minutes before the shop officially closes? Doesn't work at all ... You should stick to the opening times of the door.

Is a completely normal Mc Donalds. The food is mostly warm.

The waitress spoke German so badly that I had to ask everything twice. Food was okay though.

Don't go to McDonald's that often. But if I go this is one of the better places around. Unfortunately yesterday not so warm burgers, otherwise okay. Quite good outside area. All in all, I have to say Mc Donald's has become really expensive for what you get!

Find the staff there just delightful. Always friendly and courteous 😍 eat fresh and short service times on the drive. Keep it up! 👍🏼

McDrive waitress (young lady) without face mask nose protection. This hung as a decoration around the neck. Even the four cars in front of me. Guys that's absolutely not possible. No wonder that a potential "CoronaWirt" could "sit" in this position "McDrive output". You should really be careful, the behavior calls whole other people on the scene. PS: And if someone gets too warm, lock up.

The coupon didn't work for me, even though I didn't use it! The clerk said it wasn't working and if I had used it, I said no. She can't help me if my cell phone can't! It is the MC Donalds app and not my mobile phone, I said that I would not pay the full price and canceled the order. It felt like she was trying to convince me that I had used the coupon before! From now on I will drive to the competition

Every time rude personal, the order is incomplete or made like as a gift and not payed! Should avoid this place!

Menu is okay, can't get anything other than breakfast before 10 tho and they tend to forget part of your order. If you're in a hurry and don't check right away, you probably threw away some money

Nice place and friendly Staff.

Today we celebrated the birthday of our son there with a small group of children and have to express great praise to the employees. We were warmly welcomed, served and the program was super fun, entertaining and nice. It was played, romped, made-up, the kids smelled themselves making ice cream on the machine and even got presents! Unbelievably good service. Absolutely recommended something to do.
